FlareWatch is operated by Flarewatch Ltd, Flat 62, John Wetherby Court East, 22 High St, London, E15 2PP. By using this service you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use FlareWatch.
You must be at least 18 years old to use FlareWatch. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@flarewat.ch if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used in a manner harmful to other users or to the service.
FlareWatch connects to your wearable device, reads physiological data (heart rate, HRV, sleep, steps), and uses it to generate a personalised flare risk score. This score is a statistical indicator based on your personal baseline. It is not a diagnosis, prognosis, or medical recommendation.
Nothing in FlareWatch, including the flare risk score, trend data, or any alert, constitutes medical advice, clinical opinion, or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make clinical decisions based on FlareWatch output alone.
FlareWatch is currently classified as a general wellness tool and has not been approved or cleared by the MHRA or any other regulatory authority as a medical device.
You may use FlareWatch only for your own personal health monitoring. You must not:
How we collect, use, and protect your data is set out in our Privacy Policy. By using FlareWatch you agree to the processing of your health data as described there.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. We will complete deletion within 30 days.
FlareWatch is currently in private beta. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flarewatch Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, FlareWatch, including but not limited to decisions made based on the flare risk score.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed £100.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
